This cute little house is located 1 block from the Ohio river in the historical town of Petersburg, Ky. It is 25 minutes away from St Elizabeth Hospital, and the most popular area for people to stay when visiting the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter and Perfect North Slopes. Anyone is welcome at the Holly House and at the time we are allowing 5 people to stay at a time. We spared no expense on your sleeping comfort. The garage has a game room for added fun. There is a fully stocked kitchen for longer stays and laundry facilities. If you have a boat, bring it, the launch is 1 block away. We allow pets for a fee. The game room is a shared space with our other house, the Hayworth House. Rent both for larger groups! If you're bringing a pup, they feel like kings when they go through the doggie door into the fenced yard.

Summary: This was our second stay at Hollie House and we just love it! The fenced in yard for our dogs is awesome. And this time they were able to use the doggie door that was fun for them! I'm sure we will be back again in the future. Thanks for sharing your place.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Holly House as we visited The ark and Creatation Museum. The house was well stocked and very clean. The town was a walkable history lesson and very quiet. Enjoyed being one block from the Ohio River and watching the barges go by.

Summary: Communication, cleanliness was great. We love that it is dog friendly. It was the perfect place for our little weekned get away. Lawrenceburg is an adorable little town with some winderful restraunts. It was a little further from Perfect North Slopes then VRBO listed, however that is not the owners fault. The roads coming to and from the rental are quite windy/ narrow roads but is was no problem, just unexpected. We had a nice weekend and I would definately return for our ski trip next year.

Summary: The little house was perfect for our family while we visited the Creation Museum. It was well stocked, great game room, carport and great wifi and cable options. Highly recommend!

Summary: We arrived and had a bit of trouble retrieving the key from the key lock. I appears to be sprung, getting the key was a chore as was opening the lock to replace the key upon departure. Also the coffee pot did not work. It turns on but barely drips through and clogs. Everything else was tip top!

Summary: Well furnished, and nice location in a quiet, friendly small town , close to the Ohio River, everything we needed. Our dogs loved it to with a fenced in yard and a dog door ! This feature made it easy to enjoy our days at the 2 attractions without worrying about the dogs !

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Holly House. It was very cozy and accommodating. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the river. My family got to experience lightning bugs for the first time and it brought back great memories of my childhood as I grew up around them. Perfect location for visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter which were the primary reasons for our trip. Thank you so much!
